“Remain Steadfast, The Storm Will Soon Be Over” – Irorun Charges PDP Faithful at Ìwó General Meeting

 Ìwó, Osun State – September 10, 2025

The Executive Chairman of Ìwó Local Government, Hon. Moshood Kabir Adekunle (Irorun), has urged members of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in Ìwó to remain steadfast and focused as the party prepares for the forthcoming elections.

Speaking at the PDP Ìwó Local Government general meeting, Irorun encouraged party faithfuls not to lose hope, stressing that “the storm will soon be over.” He charged them to stay united and committed to ensuring the re-election of Governor Nurudeen Ademola Adeleke for a second term.

He further appealed to all aspirants for the Osun State House of Assembly to remain loyal to the party and focused on its collective success. According to him, “only one person will eventually emerge, and it is important that all work together for the victory of the PDP and its candidates.”

Irorun also appreciated the steadfastness of party leaders and followers, assuring them of his continued commitment to the progress of the party and the community. He promised that the lingering issues affecting local government administration would soon be resolved in the interest of the people.
