The Nigeria Police Force has advised citizens to immediately flag stolen vehicles on its Central Motor Registry Information System (CMRIS) portal via cmris.npf.gov.ng.
According to the Force, once a vehicle is reported on the platform, it is automatically listed as wanted nationwide.
The police encouraged members of the public to be their “neighbour’s keeper” by sharing the information widely to help curb car theft across the country.
