As Muslims commemorate the birth of Holy Prophet Muhammad, an Osun People's Democratic Party (PDP) Chieftain, Oluomo Lukman Kayode Mudashiru (L&K) has urged Nigerians to imbibe peace, love and unity just as it was preached by the Prophet.
In his goodwill message, the PDP House of Representatives Candidate conveyed the felicitation of the people of Iwo, Ayedire and Ola-Oluwa Federal Constituency to Muslim Faithful across the country.
Mudashiru prayed to God that peace will continue to reign in Nigeria adding that the enemies of the nation will be disappointed.
He stressed that the occasion calls for sober reflection even as Nigerians approach the 2023 general election while maintaining that the celebration should be done with modesty and all sense of responsibility noting that we have an assignment to keep Nigeria together.
“May this occasion bring Nigeria peace, hope and fulfillment we need to continue being an independent nation,” Mudashiru said while wishing all Muslims a pleasant celebration and Nigerians a happy holiday.
