COMMUNIQUE ISSUED AT THE STAKEHOLDERS’ MEETING OF IWO LG PDP ON RESOLUTION OF FACTIONAL CRISIS HELD ON 30TH JUNE 2022

At the end of the extensive crisis resolution meeting of Iwo PDP, stemming from the peace accord initiated by the state leadership of the party, the following resolutions were made;


1. That Alhaji Sulaiman Akanji Bello should represent the interest of the local government chapter of the party at the state level.


2. That the July 1st PDP state rally be held as scheduled in Iwo by 3pm


3. That our flagbearers, Hon Moshood Kabir Irorun and Hon Lukman Mudashir (L&K) be introduced as candidates for House of Assembly and House of Representatives respectively in all events of the party.


4. That the House of Representatives court case instituted by Engr Lukman Ayodeji Bello against the candidature of Chief Lukman Mudashir (L&K) be withdrawn.


5. That all social media boys across the groups within the party be called to order to jettison exchange of brickbats and abusive words and embrace positive projection of the party and its candidates.
